| At Golden Apple® Skin, Laser & Vein Center, our medical professionals offer solutions for varicose veins or spider veins, scarred, wrinkled, sun-damaged or aging skin, weight management or hormonal disorders. Our Lasers are the best available for varicose or spider veins, skin resurfacing, collagen stimulation, sun damage, scarring, acne, skin rejuvenation and hair removal. We have different lasers for light hair removal or dark hair removal and different lasers for varicose or spider veins to offer the best results and most complete rejuvenation. Our lasers are safe for all skin types and most require no downtime. Endovenous Laser Treatment for Varicose Veins is a preferred treatment that results in no scars and requires no surgery or downtime. Most insurance companies will cover this procedure. We also offer Sclerotherapy and Spider Vein Laser Treatments. The CO2 Fractional Laser treatment offers the most amazing skin resurfacing and skin tightening results. We also offer the less invasive "Lunchtime" or "Weekend" Laser Peel with the CO2 Fractional Laser or Erbium Laser. Skin Maintenance treatments include Photo Facial Laser Treatments, Microdermabrasion with Ultrasound, Clinical Peels, Botox® and Dermal Fillers. We offer "The Ultimate" treatment using a combination of the Microdermabrasion with Ultrasound equipment along with our special Lasers for Skin Rejuvenation and Skin Tightening. Photodynamic Light Therapy with Levulan® is used for reduction of acne, deep wrinkles, pre-cancer and sun damaged skin. Medical Services include a weight management program called "Imagine" and a hormone therapy program called "Balance" using bio-identical hormone replacement. Golden Apple® Supplements may be recommended to help decrease fatigue and attain optimum health. We offer our own line of "Golden Apple® Pro Skin" skin care products and "Golden Apple® Mineral Cosmetics" with SPF protection to maintain skin health. We also carry Obagi® products. Our Doctors are exceptional in their ability to listen to the concerns of every individual and give the personal care and follow up that is deserved. A Doctor is always present to supervise and perform procedures. Our Medical Director, Samuel Figueroa MD, MPH is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Academy of Anti-aging Research. He served his Fellowship in Preventive Medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine. Cristian Sciutto MD, is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr Sciutto specializes in metabolic disorders, hormonal disturbances and weight management. He served his Fellowship in Endocrinology at the Emory University School of Medicine.
